Shipping

ORDERS WITHIN THE USA

We offer free shipping on all orders over $200. There is a $15 shipping fee for orders less than $200. Additionally, we offer 2nd Day Air service for $60. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer express international shipping for a flat fee of $50. All international orders are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout

As per international laws regulating commerce and trade of imports and exports, all orders shipped out of the United States include an official invoice declaring the value of merchandise purchased in US Dollars. Additionally, we cannot ship to Russia.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We aim to fulfill all orders placed online within 2 to 3 business days.

The Armoury reserves the right to delay a shipment if we believe the order is fraudulent or unable to ship due to inventory issues. Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned-to-shipper packages are the responsibility of the client.

How can I track my online order?

Upon completing the online checkout process you will receive an email with a confirmation of your order that details items ordered, sizes, colors, quantities, and billing and shipping addresses. Once your order has been received, confirmed, and dispatched you will receive another email with your tracking number.

Returns

Our goal at The Armoury is for every customer to be satisfied with their online purchase. If for some reason that is not the case, we will accept returns for a refund or exchange as long as the items are postmarked back to us within 14 days of receiving them.

The returned merchandise must be free from any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new (including, but not limited to, wear, damage, stain, odor, or alteration). The receipt, packaging, and tags must accompany the returned goods. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee in the case of returned goods in need of cleaning.

Please do not use your own courier for returns, as we are unable to track these parcels and cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur in transit.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed once we have received the returned goods.

Watches are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please keep in mind, in-store policies may differ.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom garments, face masks, undergarments, packaged tees, fabric, socks, swimwear, media (DVDs, magazines, books) or apothecary items.

USA RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Costs:

$50 will be deducted from the total refund amount.  

We do not offer exchanges on international orders. If you would like to make an exchange, please place a separate order for your desired items. 

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS :

Using the returns portal is very simple; Simply enter your order number and you’ll be given the option to return or exchange(US only) your items with ease. When you enter your order number, you must enter it with the # symbol.

To begin your return or exchange, follow these steps:

1. Open the Returns Portal

2. Enter your Order Number, which you will have received when you placed the original order

3. Select the item(s) you would like to return

4. Download the QR code for use in any UPS Service Point

5. Drop it off at your nearest UPS Service Point. Once we receive and verify your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed. If you do not hear from us within the allotted time, please email us at nyc@thearmoury.com

Exchanges & Returns of orders placed throughout December will be accepted through January 15th.
