For these highly researched models he goes to great lengths to find the perfect components, such as commissioning custom fabric for specific pieces.The Nicolas Trousers are named for a pair of pleated, full-cut trousers worn by painter Nicolas de Staël in a portrait from 1954.The Nicolas Trousers are made from a 100% wool “Rover” twill developed exclusively for Coherence. They feature double inverted pleats, and double pleats along the back of the waist; a workwear detail designed to ensure ease of movement.As with all Coherence garments it is made with a fine attention to detail with exceptional quality hardware.
