Over the years, we've added to our house collection of Japanese & Scottish made crewnecks and cardigans with knitwear from Heimat of Germany, and Drumohr of Italy.

We developed our own line of knitwear in partnership with a historic Scottish mill. Each of our designs is exclusive to The Armoury, featuring specific details and refined fit which make them the perfect compliment to tailoring and casual outfits.

The Armoury’s V-Neck sweater is the latest addition in our line of fully-fashioned knitwear. Made from 100% cashmere at our favorite mill in Scotland, it features a medium-depth V-neck, ribbed fold-back cuffs and a ribbed waistband. It’s a perfect layering piece over one of our Maru tees or under your favorite tweed jacket when the temperatures drop. It’s supremely soft and warm, a staple piece in your Autumn-Winter knitwear drawer.

This model is constructed in an amazing ribbed 4-ply camelhair that’s extremely soft to the touch and insulating. It features a generous collar that can be flipped up for extra warmth, two exterior pockets, fold-back cuffs, and leather buttons. The natural camelhair color is vibrant and interesting, perfect to pair with jeans on a casual, cold day.

We collaborated with a specialist loungewear maker in Japan to make use of this unusual waffle knitting technique. Whilst more time consuming to manufacture, the "honeycomb" shape helps our sweatshirts retain their shape better than typical waffle knits.

Part of our Dayware collection, the Indoorsman Sweatshirt bridges the gap between a classic sweatshirt and fine knitwear.

We worked with a specialist loungewear maker in Japan to make use of this older waffle knitting technique. Whilst more time consuming to manufacture, the unusual “honeycomb” shape helps our sweatshirts retain their shape better than typical waffle knits.

Our sweatshirts are yarn dyed instead of piece dyed, which gives them a pleasingly irregular color similar to vintage melange fabric.
