We stock a variety of brands and styles here at The Armoury. Here, we talk through the inspiration behind these knitwear brands and share some examples of how to wear them.

Over the years, we've added to our house collection of Japanese & Scottish made crewnecks and cardigans with knitwear from Heimat of Germany, and Drumohr of Italy.

We developed our own line of knitwear in partnership with a historic Scottish mill. Each of our designs is exclusive to The Armoury, featuring specific details and refined fit which make them the perfect compliment to tailoring and casual outfits.

We collaborated with a specialist loungewear maker in Japan to make use of this unusual waffle knitting technique. Whilst more time consuming to manufacture, the "honeycomb" shape helps our sweatshirts retain their shape better than typical waffle knits.

Heimat use traditional knitting machinery to create hardy knitwear from high quality yarns. All of their pieces are made in a small factory in Germany, famous for their high quality and attention to detail. Their silhouette is modern although they take inspiration from nautical references including classic U.S. Navy sweaters.

Drumohr were founded in 1770 in the Scottish highlands and established their name as manufacturers of premium quality knitwear. By moving to Italy they have been able to access the highest quality yarns and invest in state of the art knitting facilities.
