The Armoury’s Model 3 sport coat features an unpadded shoulder and enlarged sleevehead giving the garment an exceptional range of motion. We’ve also widened the shoulders a touch and lowered the buttoning point and lapel notches to give the jacket a more timeless feel. This jacket is made up in a dark green “doeskin” wool woven by Loro Piana. Similar to Melton wool in it’s hardwearing qualities thanks to its compact weave and short nap, but the longer fibers make it much softer. It has the heft stand up to cold Winter days and we think it looks great dressed up or down with sharp creased trousers or some well-worn corduroys.
