Heimat’s Harbour Sweater is Our Harbour Sweater, is a lightweight long-sleeved pullover, knitted from extra fine virgin merino. Inspired by the jerseys worn by dock workers in the Port of Hamburg around the early 20th century. To try and capture this original spirit, Heimat opted for a fine 8-gauge knit, which is perfect for wearing over a light layer, or directly against the skin. The sleeves and collar have been hand-stitched to the body. The edges have been left raw as a further nod to workwear of old, a design that has proven to stand the test of time.
