Part of our Dayware collection, the Maru Tee is made from a special Raffy Tenjiku knit using custom-spun yarns exclusively for The Armoury.

The raw cotton is a blend of fresh cotton and reclaimed fibers known as “fallen cotton,” which are byproducts of the spinning process. These fallen fibers, rich in shorter strands, naturally create an uneven texture in the yarn, adding a distinctive vintage look and feel to the fabric. The knitting is done using a specially developed sinker knitting machine in collaboration with a factory in Wakayama, Japan renowned for producing fabrics with exceptional texture and character.
